We will use personal information only for the purposes listed below.  We will never avail such information for purposes other than those listed below without the client's prior approval provided that such use is allowable under the personal information protection law.

3.  Delivery of personal information to third parties

We will follow provisions in the personal information protection law in forwarding personal information to third parties.

4.  Protection of personal information

We will maintain the strict confidentiality of all personal information through management supervision and the education of our staff, while continually implementing preventative measures against the disclosure, destruction, and defamation of said information.

5.  Requests for disclosure, revision, or cessation of use of private information

We will immediately comply with the client's request for disclosure, revision, addition, or cessation of personal information upon confirming the identity of the requestor in accordance with the provisions of the personal information protection law.

It must be noted, however, that we will not comply with such requests in cases in which the requests do not meet the requirements stipulated in the private information protection law, or in cases in which our refusal of such requests are allowed by law.
